- ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
„Družina´s“ annual meeting 2012 was held in Novigrad Podravski where it was decided that the 20th anniversary celebration should be emphasized by more content, especially by setting up Easter exhibitions together with the workshops and a gala meeting, a round table and stage performances of the „Družina´s“ folklore groups. - INTERNATIONAL FESTIVALES - GATHERING OF POEPLES AND CULTURES - EVERY YEAR
The 15th Gathering of Peoples and Cultures was held from August 16th till 21st 2012 and the foreign participating folklore groups from Croatia, Lithuania, France, Italy and Portugal. - INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL - THE TRADITIONAL CHURCH SONGS - EVERY YEAR
In order to emphasize the need of an organized and professional study and interpretation of the Church´s regulations in regard of singing in holy worship, together with the 15th Gathering of Peoples and Cultures was held The Traditional Church Songs in Vodjinci. - INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN’S FESTIVALES
Children´s folklore groups are also an important part of the international folklore gatherings organized by „Družina“. That way the youngest get the chance of showing how they cherish their heritage. - ETHNOLOGICAL WORKSHOPS
Since year 2000 as a part of the exhibition Od Cvjetnice do Uskrsa (From Palm Sunday till Easter) every year „Družina“ organizes a workshop of egg ornamentation by many traditional techniques, among which also by embroidery. - TRADITIONAL CULTURE EXHIBITIONS
Since the year 2000 the ethnographic exhibition Od Cvjetnice do Uskrsa (From Palm Sunday till Easter) has regularly been organized in various different places so we can also call it a travelling exhibition. The first one has been organized in Zagreb (the Sheraton hotel), then in Beli Manastir, Rovinj, Novalja (the island of Pag), Babina Greda, Dragonožec, in 2005 we had two exhibitons – in Županja and Bukevje, Zagreb, Slobodnica, Gračani, Podravski Podgajci, Nard and in the year 2012 in Zadar, Biograd na Moru and Split. - INTERNATIONAL CULTURAL EXCHANGE – IGF´s IDENTITY FLAG
On the ceremony in Babina Greda on March 26th 2011 the president of the International Union of Folklore Association dr. Lillo Alessandro has awarded the president of „Družina“ Manda Svirac, PhD with the Identity Flag as a prize for standing out and cherishing a common heritage of a certain people, in our case of the Croatian people and their traditional segment of culture. - LECTURES
„Družina“ is also an active participant of scientific and expert conferences where our member hold lectures on various topics in the fields of ethnology and preservation of traditional culture.
